Tour Rules

  • All prices mentioned are applicable for a group booking of min. 40 passengers. Group bookings will be processed in multiple of 40-pax. For e.g. 40, 80, 120 and similar.
  • Dubai International Cricket Stadium provides free seating. In other words, there will not be seat or row nos. mentioned on ticket
  • Package prices mentioned above are estimates which are subject to change at the time of booking
  • Packages are available in limited quantity, therefore bookings will be confirmed subject to availability
  • 100% advance payment required to confirm the booking
  • All payments will be non-refundable under any circumstances
  • Once the booking is confirmed, neither any cancellation nor any type of changes will be permitted under any circumstance
  • Copy of valid ID and contact details (phone and email address) of end customer is required prior to ticket handover
  • Ticket will only be available for collection 02 days prior to the match date
  • Should the event not take places on the planned date, all booked services (except the match ticket) will be treated as fully utilized.
  • In case the event is postponed, cancelled, moved to a different venue, moved to a different date or the hours of play are reduced or under any other un-forseen situations beyond our control, we will not assume any responsibility for any losses incurred due to such events. In such scenarios the event organiser’s terms and conditions will prevail, details of which will be printed on the tickets, and the maximum liability will be upto the face value printed on the tickets. Under no circumstances we will be able to offer any refunds or provide any credit towards any product or services included in the package.
